January 31st our team held a neighborhood meeting to share the Arch Street project with the folks living in that part of the city. These can be difficult conversations but we were pleasantly surprised that it was a productive meeting where we met many of the neighbors and will hopefully spur some development around the area alongside the Arch Street Project.
We are getting close to finalizing the funding for the project.
There have been some very productive conversations with two investment funds that are looking to close out the Arch Street project. We wanted to let you our investor friends know that there is still room to invest but could close in the next couple of weeks if one or both of these investors buy up the remaining shares.
We will share an update and the latest plans and projections at our next investment call on Tuesday Feb 11th at 7pm MST.
